Terms & Conditions

Bubble Boots Holiday Club – Terms and Conditions for Parents

Welcome to Bubble Boots Holiday Club! We aim to provide a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for all children attending our activities. Please take the time to read and understand the following terms and conditions to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone involved.

1. Behaviour Policy

  • No bullying or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated during any activities. We want all children to have a positive and enjoyable experience. Parents will be contacted and expected to be ‘on call’ if a situation arises where their child is involved in bullying or poor behaviour. If the behaviour continues, parents may be required to collect their child immediately.

2. Inflatables & Risk Acknowledgement

  • We use safe, secure inflatables and ensure that mats are used to minimise risk. However, please be aware that, despite our safety measures, injury may still occur. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge that they will be participating in activities involving inflatables at their own risk. However, they will be strictly supervised at all times and we do have a 100% safety record over the last 10.5 years. All inflatables will be indoors.

3. Nerf Activities (only available as a paid for extra – enquire for info)

  • During Nerf-related activities, all children will be provided with secure wrap-around goggles for safety. However, it is important for parents to understand that children may still get shot with foam Nerf bullets. By allowing your child to participate, you acknowledge this and accept the risk associated with these activities.

4. Sports Activities

  • We will be running various sports activities such as football, dodgeball, and tag. As with any physical activity, there is an inherent risk of injury. Parents should be aware of this and accept the possibility of minor injuries occurring. In case of any injuries, we will contact parents immediately and expect them to be ‘on call’ for collection if necessary. As expected children must be fit and healthy with no recent broken bones to participate.

5. Health & Fitness

  • Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child is physically fit and healthy to participate in our activities. By signing up, parents confirm that their child is capable of taking part in physical activities, including inflatables, games, and sports. Please get in touch if you have any queries.

6. Health & Safety Procedures

  • We take the health and safety of every child very seriously. We have procedures in place to minimise the risk of accidents, including regular staff training and safety equipment. However, as with all activities, some risks cannot be entirely avoided. Parents should acknowledge this and agree by signing up to allow their children to participate despite these risks. All parents are given a form to sign to say they have received the link to this info and have read and understood.

7. Bad Behaviour Policy

  • Bad behaviour or failure to follow instructions will not be tolerated and may result in a child being removed from activities. If the child continues to misbehave, parents may be asked to collect them. This policy is in place to ensure all children enjoy a safe and positive environment in line with safeguarding practices. You must be available to pick up your child. No refund will be given.

8. Personal Belongings

  • Bubble Boots Parties is not responsible for any damage or loss to children’s clothing or personal items (e.g., accessories, gadgets, etc.) brought to the club or any event. We strongly advise that children do not wear expensive clothing or bring valuable items to the club, as we cannot guarantee their safety.

9. Risk Assessments & Insurance

  • We take every precaution to ensure the safety of your child during our activities. Detailed risk assessments are available for parents to review upon request. We also have adequate 5 million pounds (£5M) public liability insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents.

10. Photography & Data Protection

  • Photos and videos may be taken during the holiday club activities. However, if you do not wish your child to appear in any photos or videos, please let us know in advance. We have a data protection policy that we adhere to, and we take all necessary steps to ensure the privacy of the children in our care. In the case of photos being used online, we typically blur out children’s faces to further ensure privacy.

SEND - Please be aware that if your child has additional needs, you must add this to your booking and what this means for your child, we will then call you to discuss. Bookings for children with SEND are not fully confirmed until we speak with the carer. If after payment we decide that your childs needs cannot be met then we will issue a full refund.

We cannot accept children who need individual personal care, they must also be toilet trained. We cannot accept children who have medical needs that require any form of therapy or assistance during the day.

Our holiday clubs will be noisy, and there will be no separate area for children to go to for quiet time. We cannot give 1-1 support.

Parents must be on call to pick up their children in cases of illness, bad behaviour or if their needs cannot be met. No refund will be given.

By booking your child into our Holiday Club or party, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us before the event. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all children at Bubble Boots Parties!
